Ministry Purpose & Description

The mission of this ministry is to support various parish-wide events and to encourage parishioners to become actively involved in parish life. We sponsor various fun social activities throughout the year that help promote friendship and community within the parish.

Meeting Frequency and Meeting Place

Meetings take place as required to plan and run regular parish-wide events. We coordinate with Parish Staff and solicit volunteers when needed. Examples of events include:

Golf Tournament: a fund-raising event held each year in the spring at a local golf course.

Ministry Mingle: held in the Parish Activity Center each October to provide parishioners the opportunity to learn more about the ministries and groups that make up our parish community.

Nicaragua Mission: held in partnership with Holy Spirit Parish in July, members of our parish travel to Nicaragua for a week-long mission trip.

Our Lady of Guadalupe: held in the Church in December

Parish Picnic: held on the parish premises annually at the end of summer.
