Liturgy – Eucharistic Ministers

Purpose/Description

Established in 1974, this liturgical ministry provides extraordinary ministers of the Eucharist to assist the presiding priest in the distribution of the Body and Blood of Christ for the assembly. Fully initiated members of the Catholic faith who have a love for God and the Eucharist are welcome to receive training and join this ministry.

Meeting Frequency and Meeting Place

Eucharistic Ministers are asked to serve at least twice a month at their preferred Mass.

Formation Days take place in March and September, and initial as well as on-going training is provided as needed.
